Pea, mint and courgette cold soup. Version 1.0

This is the simplified version of this recipe by Chloé Sucret.
I use the vegan umami broth from Bon Appetit. You just need to make sure to blend the shit out of it.

1 bunch spinach
12 mint leaves - 0.85 per bunch at the market (1 bunch makes about 16-18 mini bunches of 12 leaves)
